Cinnamon Sugar Bat Tortilla Chips with Chocolate Hummus

Ingredients
5 - 6 Corn Tortillas
3-4 tbs Bowl & Basket Canola Oil or Bowl & Basket Cooking Spray
1/2 cup Bowl & Basket granulated sugar
1 tbs Bowl & Basket ground cinnamon
1 container Bowl & Basket Chocolate Hummus

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line one cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl until well combined.
  3. Use the bat cookie cutter to cut out bat shapes from the tortillas.
  4. Place on cookie sheet and brush with canola oil (alternatively spray with cooking spray) and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  5. Bake 5-6 minutes, then carefully flip tortilla chips and brush again with oil and sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar.
  6. Bake for another 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool completely before serving with chocolate hummus.
